One of the very few remaining truly traditional pubs left in Stratford. The Old Tramway is only five minutes’ walk from the centre of town down the original old tramway track running through the park with views of the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. The pub serves excellent home cooked traditional British cuisine with open fires in the winter and a large secluded garden with al fresco dining for the summer with ample parking. If you want to experience British pubs as they should be, then The Old Tramway fits the bill. With a very warm welcome and excellent freshly cooked food, you will feel like one of our locals almost immediately.
